Dear Colleagues,

I have been given the privilege of serving as your representative in MMA Selangor. As you know, there are numerous issues facing us e.g. SARS, problems with HMO's, Health Insurance and clinic waste disposal to name a few. One big problem is the general apathy / lack of interest in activities organized by MMA. This has led to other organizations being set up to cater for the Private Practitioner. This is unlike the situation in SCHOMOS which is growing in strength and able to function well for the betterment of the Government doctor.

I would like to take this opportunity to ask all of you to let me know what you need / want out of MMA (PPSMMA). Please give me suggestions on activities that would be of interest or beneficial to you. You can contact me at :
